Fr. 229* $1 1899 Silver Certificate Star PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.
This is an incredibly well margined example of this Black Eagle star that is the sole finest graded by either of the major services for this Friedberg number. It is also a note that has eluded the census takers until today and it features vivid ink colors, crackling fresh paper, and bold, original embossing. This "top pop" replacement note should be of great interest to the many Large Size star collectors.
